thank you my anonymous friend. i was just being butthurt yesterday, but ive already got my new plans in place and am moving forward. all things considered, its probably best i take more time to mature and deal with my problems before enrolling in medical school anyways. so the new plan is: keep living/working/volunteering/raging in seattle while studying to retake the MCAT right before deployment for the Peace Corps. return, reapply, get admitted. plan B is a go
